Maureen McEnearney Dunn, President
As the president of McEnearney Associates, Maureen is a committed and influential leader in all aspects of the Washington, DC real estate market. She is responsible for overseeing our residential sales offices with more than 380 Sales Associates and 50 staff members, as well as our three Property Management departments, our award-winning Relocation department, our Land, Farm, & Estate division, and our Commercial division.
David Howell, Executive Vice President
David is responsible for the firm’s technology, market information, and public relations, and is the author of our MarketWatch newsletter. He is also Principal Broker for McEnearney Associates for Maryland and Washington, DC.
Peter Pejacsevich, Executive Vice President
Peter, a successful REALTOR®, led Atoka Properties with partner Scott Buzzelli before acquiring Middleburg Real Estate in 2008. Under his management, MRE | Atoka Properties thrived in Hunt Country real estate. Peter now shepherds the brokerage’s evolution, merging with McEnearney Associates in 2023. This union brings together 500+ agents across 16 offices, spanning Virginia, Maryland, DC, and West Virginia, forging a new powerhouse in the real estate market.
Scott Buzzelli, Executive Vice President
Scott Buzzelli is an innovative broker dedicated to enhancing agents’ work lives. With a focus on continuity and a competitive spirit, he, along with partner Peter Pejacsevich, created a thriving Middleburg brokerage. Their success led to a merger with McEnearney Associates. Leveraging his background as a service manager in the automotive industry, Scott prioritizes continuity, work ethic, experience, and customer loyalty.
